  • Are your airport transfer rates truly flat — no surge pricing?

    Yes. Every airport transfer is booked at a confirmed flat rate. We do not use algorithmic surge pricing. The rate you see when you book is exactly what you pay — regardless of time of day, traffic, or demand.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), corporate billing accounts, and digital payment methods. Payment is collected securely at the time of booking or invoiced for corporate clients.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made 4 or more hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked fare. No-shows are charged the full fare.
  • Do you offer discounts for corporate accounts or frequent travelers?

    Yes. Businesses and frequent travelers who set up a corporate account receive priority dispatch, dedicated account management, consolidated monthly invoicing, and preferred rates. Contact us or visit our Corporate Transportation page to set up an account.
  • Are there extra charges for early morning or late-night pickups?

    No. Our drivers operate 24/7 and our published rates apply at all hours. There are no overnight surcharges or holiday premiums beyond any applicable tolls or airport fees, which are always disclosed at booking.
  • Can I get a group discount for multiple passengers or a sprinter van?

  • Is gratuity included in the fare?

    A standard gratuity is built into all fares for your convenience. You are never required to tip additionally, though it is always appreciated by your chauffeur.
